I cant say ,but Axel,It looks like a C.australis hybrid. Most of the "Electric pinks" and the like are based on C.banksii.
Everyday I learn something new. On my "More local pics"? The photo of the Cordy electric pink has a single hefty trunk. So,its either the first I've seen trained that way..or its a relative of Electric Pink,a plant I have that is more of a cluster growing plant.
I like what they have- I would trade!
Edit:Ok,Inga's neighbor with the pink Cordy and Aloe Hercules looks to be Cherry Sensation,a C. australis cultivar. That can be a small tree. What a great show plant.
