It's all filling in really nicely Alex. We've all seen your yard back in NY, so I knew you would be able to make your Florida yard look great in no time.
That's great that you are getting Papaya blooms. How many papayas do you have? I'm sure you know that some have both male and female flowers, while some papayas only have one or the other. When I grew mine I planted four since I grew them from supermarket papaya seed. They all produced fruit though, so I guess they all at least had female flowers while at least one had male.
I got full grown papayas on mine in OKC, but they reached that size so late that I didn't get them to ripen before the first frost. They will slow down a lot if the night time temps start going below 60F or so. I think you will get a great harvest on yours though. You should have plenty of time before frost shows up down there.
