I kind of like it! There aren't many blue colored plants that can look that good in a high shade and moisture situation, but Agaves can handle pretty much anything so I guess they are a good choice. I personally do like to keep Agaves with the more desert style plants personally, but it is kind of cool to see bromeliads and agaves coexisting right next to each other and thriving.
