Ah Lake Village across the river from Greenville, connected by the beautiful new bridge. Sabal minor is a coastal-plain/river-bottom 8a species, and that coastal plain extends all the way up to Memphis in my mind here in the Mid-South. I feel certain it was native very close to Memphis back in the early 1600's before deforestation.
