Tommy I first noticed them in 2011 right after I moved to Ark from Tenn. I have pics from 2013 I believe. I will post them later for ya. Not sure if they were container grown as I have yet to speak with the owners of the house. I also know of a few other locations of palmettos in Hot Springs. One is a pool & spa store that has one and the other being a mini-golf course that has about four that all looked great 3 weeks ago. All of these I know have been there since 2011 or longer.
