I'm all for law and order, but I think there are times when all would be best served by a little discretion and flexibility from our law enforcement officers. If people are parked so they can take some fall foliage pictures, I hardly see where that deserves a ticket. A better use of the officers' time would have been if they simply tried to move people along. You know -- something like, "Okay folks. Get your pictures and clear out."
You think of all the really bad stuff going on in the world and we have cops -- public servants -- citing nature lovers for taking pictures.
