Rick,
The weather channel showed Rehoboth Beach at 38 at 7 AM today but I had heavy frost in my front yard but only light frost in the back yard. As expected, heaviest damage was away from the house and impatiens were killed... I went downtown for coffee about 8 AM and tender annuals all seemed fine. The ocean really makes a difference this time of year!
