I think I recognize that last Butia. That is a really nice one. They are so variable, I don't care much for some of them. I really like the windmill shot with the Southern magnolia in the background. Fall color is cool, but the rich green is so nice to see when the sun gets low in the sky.
The southern pine you liked in your other post is a shortleaf pine. West of the Mississippi River, there is a different form of shortleaf that is fuller with longer needles.
