Phil , I would have never realized what a Palmy city Atlanta really is if not for your finding these palms so frequently.
I just cant believe sometimes the palms you photograph.
Its just living in the south all my life and never thinking that Atlanta is a Palmy Place.
With that said , there has to be something about the climate.
I like North Georgia very much and hope you and your family will continue to live there and enjoy it for a long time.
Atlanta has money and is the capitol of the south , that helps !
