Fall Issue of Southeastern Palms 2009 Volume 17-3

Has anyone received the Fall issue of Southeastern Palms yet. I know they usually get sent out, during the month of September. It is now November and I still have not received mine, at this time. I hope the USPS did not send it elsewhere.
