I can't take credit for the S. minors at the Chickasaw Cultural Center, but I know who did. Steve Bieberich, owner of Sunshine Nursery in Clinton OK. www.sunshinenursery.com
They specialize in native plants. He indicated that the Chickasaw wanted to use native plants that represented their original home in the Southeast; before they were forced to move to Indian Territory.
After visiting this park near Sulphur, OK. I can understand why the Indians called this place " the Peaceful Valley of Rippling Waters."
