I have both and S. roseii has the greenest leaf of any Sabal that I know of. S. pumos has an odd colored leaf: sort of grey with chartreuse undertones, if that makes any sense. S. roseii has matured for me and I have progeny planted around the school. S. pumos is just ready to plant out.
