Looking great Joe. I lost my hardy bottlebrush last winter. Need to make a trip to Woodlanders I suppose. The "root beer plant" that you gave me really took. It hasn't spread yet, but the plant has grown several feet tall, something I didn't expect. I need to get another cutting of Ficus Rox. Mine succumbed last winter even though protected. By the way, did you see Anna Mirshak at her high school reunion (10 yr I think) a month or so ago? She was going to search you out. She's an outstanding young litigator at our firm. If she's indicative of the students at your school, you've got really strong kids. Perhaps you can introduce me to the college counselor there at some point. I'm co-chair of the Alumni Admission Committee for Yale and our region includes Augusta. We get several applications every year from your area. Admit rate is about 8% these days. I'm always trying to make connections with good high schools in order to get an early heads up on strong potential Yalies. Let me know if you have some students that might fit the bill particularly if they're sophomores or juniors while there's still time to recruit them -- for starters, they need to have grades near the top of their class, verbal and quantitative SATs above 700 and leadership outside of the classroom.
