It's pretty awesome that Tony Colitti took the time to send you a signed photo. Did you get it recently?
Regarding the changes to 'Sitting Ducks', I'm glad that they changed the opening scene. Given Season 1 was set pre-Tet and was aiming to show the soldiers in a more endearing way, a suicide would have felt really cowardly and out of place especially so early into the season.
After establishing the main characters in Bravo Co and we got to know them, season 2 was more appropriate to show that such things did happen, just not to the many brave and honourable guys there.
Just thinking about it, there was the embassy guard that shot himself in ep 2.1, Sp4 Taft (attempted) in ep 1.7, and PFC Thayer (attempted) in ep 1.9...
What does everyone else think?
