I think this has been done before within the tour of duty fandom but it was perhaps back when Deb had her tour of duty fans website going.
Anyways, I thought it might be fun to find out just how addicted all of us are to Tour of Duty???
Below is a list of a few things that I think are signs of some serious Tour of Duty addiction.
Feel free to read and comment or add to the list
1. A roadtrip just isnt a roadtrip unless all occupants of the car are singing Louie Louis oh, oh, me got to go, yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah
2. You have named, or intend to name all children and pets after Tour of Duty characters.
3. When asked to spell out your name or address, you do so in Military Alphabet Code
4. When dining out, you steer clear of anything containing pork.
5. You cant help but quote catch phrases from the show on a daily basis. Eg: "Im the nightmare your mamma warned you about", "It dont mean nothin'", "that's profound. I think I'll laminate that and put it in my wallet" etc..
6. A walk in the park is only undertaken after careful scouting of the terrain, and close observation of the treeline.
7. Frustrated with the fuzzy picture on your very overused VHS copies of TOD, you contact Rick and get all 3 seasons in its originally aired format,on High Definition DVD. LOL
8. You adore the seven dwarfs and will never tease anyone ever again, about being short
9. When going anywhere with the family, you inform exactly Who will be on point, Who will take slack, and Who will cover the rear. You then warn everyone to look alive, stay alert, and watch your intervals.
10. You buy the sheet music for Diggers Blues and learn to play it on harmonica so you can jam with Horn and Sarge.
