poor cdlynn is getting schwacked! (if that's a word, perhaps snockered)
I'm in the extreme NW part of the FL panhandle, right where Fay is expected to pass over on Saturday afternoon/evening. Fortunately, the winds should be less than 39 mph by then, but there will still be a good amount of rain. I'm hoping that the storm will speed up a bit and just fly thru here so we don't get any flooding!
Everyone is so flippant about it, after Ivan and Dennis (not to mention prior hurricanes), but you just can't be too complacent. Fay may not be a hurricane, but she's sure doing a number over on the Atlantic coast of FL! Eternal vigilence. Learned that from Zeke. although he worded it differently...
