25 inches of rain!?! That is a lot anywhere but a place like Florida it is a disaster. There is no place for it to run off to! I see where Fay is moving west now. 'Bout right! Come to Louisiana (another low place with no drainage!) and dump another 25 inches. It has rained here almost all day for the second straight day. Anybody need any water? Come and get it! Flooding is worse than the wind to me, so I do feel for Florida now. I would invite you all to Louisiana for a few days but Fay would probably follow you.
