tie a string around your finger to remind youself, youll look down at the string and think, what is that for, and then you will remember, just dont tie it so tight to where it cuts off your circulation 
and take it off when you get to the chat so it doesnt effect your typing . as for me the way i remember i set the alarm on my cell phone, it goes off every sunday at 5:30 or 6:00 and i know, but i happened to be cuttin grass today at the time and didnt hear it, so ill see you guys next week
