Well, the chat was a little late getting started this week.
Poor Ernie ...
He logged in right on time. But there was nobody there for him to chat to.
He waited around a little while, but it appeared that no one was gonna show up so he logged out.
He must have wondered if there was a TOD convention on in LA that he didnt know about LOL
Sheila logged in not long after Ernie had logged out, expecting at least a few people to be there already. But NOPE! The place was a ghost town.
After a little while of waiting, she too logged out.
Thankfully, Sheila tried again a little later. And we got to have a chat.
And I managed to email Ernie and call him back as well.
The reason I was so late is because there was an accident on the highway. The driver of a logging truck took the turn up near my place way too fast and his rig tipped. The cab was right over on its side and the logs had spilled out all across the highway and some went down an embankment.
They werent lightweight logs either. They were huge tree trunks and the only way to clear those mother logs off the road is to lift them by crane. So all the drivers were stuck there and couldnt go any where.
They eventually cleared the logs that were blocking the left turn lane and police starting diverting the traffic around the accident.
If they hadnt done that, I'd have missed the chat altogether.
Its 3.30. I gotta go pick my kids up from school.

Then Sheila logged in.
And no way was she gonna sit and eat worms.
So she left.
She at least had her You Tube vids to get on with, plus she's got her family photo project happening.
