Help! ..Loss of Hair Pups?

I've got 15 day old pups,My question is ive got 1 pup out of 5 that has about a 1" x 1" are with NO HAIR complete square right on the center nearest his tail,( No hair all the way to the skin )......What the HELL is that??????????
The pup is alright w/ no attitude change.....Still right at the mother for his milk no problems....Anyone have a clue ???

P.S - The mother is on Eukanuba medium - daily.
