Some panel by panel reactions...
Brits: Good to see everyman reactions to the heroes.
Wisdom: No mention of SI was disappointing. Does feel like he fits as teamplayer or top brass this issue.
Avatars of Plokta: Generic.
Black Knight: Does not call his steed by name!
Underused and understated. Even only one to get no respect(ie adjective) on the Prev Page.
Faiza: Boooring. No interest in her. Does not suit the sword.
Blade: Coolest character of the issue. Done spot on it seems.
Spitfire: Really bothers me that Prev Page confirms her as Vampire-Turned-Heroine. Not the Spitfire that made me a fan characterwise either. Makes a good foil for Blade, here, though.
Captain Midlands: Boooring. Dont know his story. Dont get his story. Dont want his story.
Captain Britain: He's done okay here. Nice cliffhanger with him.
Plokta: Really?! PLOKTA?! THAT's the name of the first major villain? Depending on how who he is and what he does will dictate how lame this badguy is... but PLOKTA?! Keep reading it PLOTka for some odd reason. More curious about the word (plokta) itself than the villain ATM.
Did YOU find it a bad or good issue?
Sneak peeks if you couldnt afford it:
