Wow. Exciting and yet not necessarily the best read story but lots of story to read into it. If that makes any sense. Some status thoughts reading...
-Daz ditched CB after Die By The Sword
-John Skrlennon been a skrull helping Britain for years and apparently can (help) reveal other skrulls
-skrulls can mimic read blood only for as long as they are alive
-cant tell who is narrating/hearing the overvoice throughout the ish
-Wisdom is gonna be Wolverinesque brutally slashy this series
-simultaneous attack with SI#2 it seeeems, though a footnote'd be nice
-flying aliens prefer nubbed maces ala Hawkman
-CB wears cheap material
-this may be an intro for Faiza (Night Nurse of the UK?)
-first time seen reference to Marvel UK heroes (besides that Peter David Hulk issue with years ago with Motormouth and Killpower who hopefully will reappear http://www.coverbrowser.com/image/hulk/409-4.jpg)
-BLACK KNIGHT! Great vehicle for the him, who coincidentally is on topic at the H4HMB. (Technically all of MI13 are Brit Heroes for Hire so post away!)
-Dane cant decide between street hero and traditional garb so he dresses *blecch* halfway
-Dane ODDLY does not want to get started on his comment: "AND PLEASE DON'T YELL, THE AVENGERS ARE HERE, WE'RE SAVE"
-Dane can now counter evil curse of Ebony Blade with wisecracking
-good to see Black Knight being used on British soil
-Alistaire should be involved, and is
-the Seige Perilous (from Xmen?) is now stationary and in Britain and for some reason CB says he got his powers from it and not Merlyn's sword or mace choice
-Avalon is easily accessable and has some sort of relations with Britain
-must save MAGIC in the MU
-Spitfire has a new costume and a new vampiric battle tactic
-that one skrull gives props to the original Avengers
-there's a Captain Midlands (unseen)... hmmm, so there is: http://en.marveldatabase.com/Sid_Ridley_%28Earth-616%29
-Union Jack is also behind the scenes and on the team
-CB ditched the Corps and is more inspired by Captain America & patriotism
-"IT'S BEEN A LONG TIME SINCE ANY OF OUR LOT HAD A VISION" references some past ability
-BK has his energy shield but no Strider or Aragorn(horsey-chow?) around
-John Skrlennon is a lamer skrull
-beheading skrulls is no big whup to MI13 agents
-Otherworld has inferred connection to Avalon
-'he' can't die if he's in the title of the series
Decide round 3 of the BATO poll:
