MISTY'S FRO

This may see trivial, but it seems that Marvel is messing with Misty's world famous Angela Davis afro.

In IRON FIST, she has this Halle-Berry hair style and in HOUSE OF M AVENGERS 3, she has long flowing hair.

Why?

I don't mean to get all MALCOLM X on everybody,but
with all the black hip-hop singers and R&B babes hair blonde streaks and nose jobs, it was nice to see a strong black woman character with the old school 'fro. It made her look less generic, especially these days. Like Angela Davis, it was almost a statement.
