: Immortal Iron Fist #6 was like a worthwhile
: award winning movie that played in my
: brain! The art and story was like concession
: stand candy for a sweet tooth! The whole
: production was gets the HIGHEST rating with
: 5 stars (not mention
: Danny,Orson,Luke,Misty,& Colleen)!
: Perfect cover. Presentation of the 'new' and
: 'instory' Iron FIst. Silhouettes of the
: major players. Background of the great city
: backdrop. A logo I've liked since getting
: into the series. And no extra charge for the
: awesome story. That's 5 more stars.
: Not to mention the names in the corner that
: shine. Yep, 5 stars.
: Usually passover Previously but last issue
: had confusing elements with some of the
: 'origin' revelations. It cleared up FIVE
: tidbits of information... uhm... okay, the
: 'FIVE' part was just a guessitmate to keep
: the review theme going but, really, this
: page was very helpful.
: The things I liked : (trying to be
: SPOILER-lite but there's a LOT more than 5)
: Nepal prelude. L.P. intro(?). Chalice
: choosing. Xu-man & Me-Lao. White Boy
: Wendell. Shake your hand.
: The title page, oh shoot!, the title page.
: Aja,Heath,&Hollignsworth had drawing gunplay
: down to an art(no pun intended, well
: kinda...) all issue! Beautifu. Ditto
: Brubaker&Fraction with Danny's narration
: The believable against-all-odds numbers.
: Jeryn (though Danny's devotion seems a tiny
: bit too kind). Colleen's red hair (please
: dye the blond back in H4H!)! Luke's Sweet
: #%&%$!! Christmas (and he put a little bling
: back on). Aww, yeah, Misty too! Plust the
: sound effects mixed in.
: "Say 'Hail HYDRA' one more mother
: Luke givin' orders. And the "Y'all
: should get gay-married" line and
: Bionics and blades in action.
: Using the Iron Fist so freakin' timely and
: In the blink of an eye.
: DING right on cue!
: Bloody elevator ride. Bloody heroes for
: hire, baby, Bloody hell to pay.
: Poignant moment. (Appreciate the 'Don't be
: an idiot' humour to mask the pain moment but
: kicking myself 'cuz it seems like it might
: be a homage/parody of a 'Are you my
: Grandfather' movie moment ottomh can't think
: The cover moment come to life. Daaaamn!
: Flashback and fond last look at Orson as he
: tries to teach a lesson that readers know to
: be history to Danny's father who's not
: listening. Will Danny be the same...
: That tiny panel of the 5th floor(just a made
: up theme #) illuminating after the small,
: simple silouetted sidekicks, was a bigger
: than the whole page in my brain. The 5 star
: movie climax!
: The comic book cliche exit.
: Counting on freinds to prevent a cold
: blooded killing. And other freinds to
: respect a big decision.
: The upcoming tournament.
: The next issue cover.
: To summarize, I give this comic 5 stars!
