Looks like we're definitely getting classic 70s Power Man in Marvel Legends 14, and not the modern Luke Cage. Here is the leaked poster art for series 14, which will be fully shown in a couple of weeks at Toyfair. It's only a small pic, but it clearly shows the 70s dude.
