A reunion for all Taylors descended from Matthew Taylor and Janet Wilson is being planned for August 28, 29 and 30th , 2008 at the Michelin Social Club, Granton, Pictou County. Their son, Capt. Matthew Jr.arrived in Nova Scotia 1762 and two of his sons, Archibald and William settled in Guysborough County. Their descendants are legion.
