I have now discovered that Lawrence Walker's wife was Johanna Hearn. They were married in the town of Guysborough in June 1848. Also have learned of another daughter, Martha Ann born 1868. If anyone can provide information on either this Walker or Hearn family, it would be much appreciated. Lawrence Walker born 1819 Ireland, wife Johanna? born 1829 Nova Scotia. Appear in 1881 Census of Milford, Guysborough Co., NS. One new fact I have uncovered is that Lawrence was responsible for the Post Office in Middleton, Guysborough County when it was established in 1876. Children - Margaret(b.1854), Michael(b.1858), Thomas(1860), Catherine(1861-1959)- believe to be my Great grandmother married to Redmond Keating of Mulgrave, Mary Ellen(1864), James(1866),Elmira M.(1873). Can find no information earlier or later on this family except for Catherine. Any infomation related to this family would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
