My grandfather, William Power, was Harbour Master in Mulgrave when I was too young to remember but I would like to know the dates, and the duties if anyone has the information. For reference he was the wife of Rose and the father of Frank, John, Fabian, Bill, Blanche, etc. I believe he was Harbour Master during the late 30's and early 40's.
