Hi, Sydney co. was Cape Breton and Guysborough Co., and part of Antigonish co., until the time you've indicated. There were numerous Irish coming to Guysborough Co., between the 1810-1830's. I'll check the census material to see if he's listed. I'll check his name at the deeds office next week as well. I have to go there for someone else. Chris Cook
