Hi Chris,
While researching Gloucester vitals, found James W. McInnis married to Cyrilla (Jones)b abt 1867. On their marriage record Cyrilla was from Guysborough, NS, parents listed as George Jones & Annie (Spanks)Jones.
My gr grandmother was Charlotte Jane (Spanks) married to Ephraim Parks. Charlotte's parents were George Spanks & Sarah (Jones)daughter of Thomas Jones & Mary (Horton)
Don't know George Jones birthdate, can't seem to find George & Annie (Spanks) in any of the census records. Will keep searching. Thanks.
