Well, since the author of this gossip also says Queen Elena of Italy was called at the Italian court "the Gipsy who turned a Princess"... He also says Alfonso XIII looked like a gipsy or a slavic. Elena of Italy was Montenegrin. So, someone who doesn't like very much Gipsy and Slavic people.
