Nope: he is either the head of the house of Savoy but not Savoy-Aosta. The "Aosta" is a branch of the Hosue of Savoy. As the Duke of Aosta regards himself as the Head of the Hosue of Savoy he does not any longer use Savoy-Aosta.

they are ex-ruling and will remain so.So what does it matter what they are wearing.
