I have to agree, that her fuchsia-coloured outfit has a casual touch, indeed. I think it's the cut and the style of the blouse that makes it look casual - if she wore a differently cut top without buttons, with a lovely neckline and other sleeves, the look would be completely different. Even with Santa's belt...
