King Juan Carlos has not conferred 350 Grandeeships. I can only recall two: for the Duke of Suarez and also one for a Viscount. But he has conferred probably more, although no more than ten.

: I think there are around 350 Grandes de
: España. It is a distinction given to
: meritorious Spaniards. 350 looks like a lot,
: but divided in years of the King's Reign, it
: are around 10 a year as average.
:
: All Peers who holds the rank of a Duke and a
: dozen of Marquesses and Counts are
: automatically a Grande of España. Recently
: the Duchess of Medina Sidonia passed away.
: Her eldest child, Don Leoncio Alonso
: González de Gregorio y Álvarez de Toledo now
: is the 22nd Duke of Medina Sidonia, the 18th
: Marquess of Villafranca del Bierzo and the
: 19th Marquess of Los Vélez, with this he is
: three times a Grande de España .
