Look at mr. Leopoldo Calvo Sotelo. He seems to have been a monarchist. I can imagine his ideal is a Spain which cherishes its patrimonium, is proud on its history, sees the royal family, the Church, the armed forces and the nobility as part of that Spain

For an outsider like me, all these values seems under pressure, like Spain is searching for its identity. The only isntitution which still seems to be respected are the armed forces.

It is beyond belief seeing archives from TVE of 30 years ago and now. Things have changed in Spain in a turbo-mode!!
