But those are not ordinary noble titles, but titles of the Royal House, which is a different concept. Titles of the Royal House are not created, for example. A royal is authorised to use it, which is the terminology used in the RD. So, it is an authorisation for a person to use a title, not the creation of a title for that person and his successors.
