Yes. Allthough our Dutch system is different with many families giving titles to all the offspring of a nobleman. But yes i would like to see noblewomen having the opportunity to not only give their family-name to a husband and children but also the title. If a family has a higher title for the head of the family i do think that the oldest child should be the first to receive that regardless of gender. Unless that oldest child has opted to give it's children the name(=title?) of the other parent.
