Inheritance

If a Spanish nobleman has two children:

- his eldest is a daughter
- his youngest is a son

Then the title will be inherited by the daughter?

If that is the situation, it is pretty beyond belief. Such an old institution with such old rules in such a country as Spain. Who could ever imagine that Spain would pass all other countries with a nobility in 'modernization'?

How does, for an example, the Partido Popular thinks about this? Do they support this?
