This is not just lazy, but stupidity. Please show yourself a bit more grateful towards Charles' kind advice and find out the truth from the one individual who can give it to you.
My feelings, exactly: I went through almost all the pages listed in the first section of the Almanach de Gotha, and noticed that there is no clear head listed for Württemberg, either, despite the fact that Wilhelm was born to a (to the best of my knowledge) a dynastically approved marriage.
In Brazil, Saxony, the Two Sicilies and even Italy, where the succession is disputed, P.Theroff does not take part and does not put any candidate in capital letters.
But Wurttemberg ? Is anyone disputing young Duke Wilhelm's headship of the house ?
In France, the heads of the houses Orléans and Bourbon, are not in capital letters, but both heads of each line are underlined.
Curiously P.Theroff acknowledges Charles and Jean-Christophe Napoléon both with capital letters.
Does he mean there are two heads of the Bonaparte house ?
