The Elizabeta Palace is where King Michael was living when the Russians forced him to abdicate. Upon his return, the old king and probably Margaret as well were to receive a small salary, a small civil list and a car for their various royal functions. I believe that Bulgaria treated King Simeon the same as Romania with King Michael. I think that Montenegro has done the same for their prince and the returning royal family. The prince receives a small salary, a civil list, partial use of the old royal palace, and other items necessary for his royal functions. Did both Albania and Serbia do somewhat the same for their returned royals?
