I'm not entirely sure what the proposed law will do. It appears to give the royal family some sort of legal status in the country, and requires the head of the house to submit (to whom?) an annual activity report. In return, the head of house gets to control the succession.
Does the law give any guidance as to any sort of official duties that will be expected to be undertaken by the RF or its head?
Will there be any state funding of the RF or tax exemptions? Does it address issues of property rights to royal estates or homes?
Thank you for any clarification.
