Yes. The female equivalent of "Herr" is "Frau", thus the female equivalent of "Freiherr" is "Freifrau", whereas "Freiin" is the equivalent of "Fräulein". Freiherrin does not exist (normally, although I am sure there are some few instances, as there will be for almost every variation).
