Just this week I submitted a short story to a historical fiction magazine which revolves on the changes that would likely have happened if Tsar Alexander II wasn't blown up on that chilly March day in 1881.
: A Serbian nationalist fired shots that would
: change the course of history forever and
: indirectly ended the reign of four Emperors,
: four Kings and many Granddukes, Dukes and
: Indirectly one can also say that the First
: World War led to the Second World War which
: led to the Cold War etc etc.
: How one man can have an impact on
: history...and not even a man who is Emperor,
: Pope or King himself.
