yes indeed, especially taking into account that he will retain quite a lot of influence and power. But in theory the last word will be with the parliament. What is so bad about it? That is the case in every other European country. In Belgian and Luxemburg the rulers had been told who calls the last shot. Maybe the Lichtensteins should learn that lesson too. Funny that these questions only came up with catholic monarchs. Anyway, we will see what the Lichtenstein population will vote for. It is their decision.
