King Constantine II of the Hellenes, like King Michael of Romania, should be entitled to the privilege of continuing use of his exalted title -- for reasons that he was, at one point, an enthroned sovereign.
It's a different situation from that of other pretenders (e.g. Russia, Serbia, the numerous German states).
