Princess Maria-Olympia of Greece is 14. She's the daughter of Crown Prince Pavlos. I know they're not a reigning family, but she does have the title. Princess Marie-Astrid of Luxembourg and her husband Archduke Carl-Christian have at least one teenager (the youngest daughter).
