I had read that the original Will stipulating that the head of the house must marry equally was more of a financial arrangement than designating who the head of the house is (something the German courts have no jurisdiction over). Although Georg Friedrich is recognized as head of the house, I remember reading that the stipulation that the inheritor of the estate be married equally could only be ordered for a few generations and that Georg Friedrich will be able to marry whomever he chooses without violating the Will. I may be wrong but that is what I remember.
