Another tricky one is in 1933 Prince Wilhelm of Prussia (eldest son of Crown Prince Wilhelm of Germany) married Dorothea von Salviati. This occurred during the lifetime of his grandfather, Kaiser Wilhelm II, but not during his reign.
Would you count that one?
