the website of king Simeon II publishes information that Simeon holds, among others:
"....Grand Cross of the Constantinian Order of Saint George, Parma
Grand Cross of the Order of Saint Januarius, Parma..."
* that can be verified (until the text possibly gets amended) at:

would Guy or someone else actually know, whether the 'Parma' who granted these, actually were the duke of Calabria (who is no Parma, though his mother is) - obviously an acquaintance of the Madrid-based king Simeon
?
My suspicions concerned particularly that St.Januarius, since I am unaware that even the most exalted carlist claimant Charles-Hugues ever had taken the view that he would be also and even its grand master....
I would guess that the Madrid-based Simeon II would not be in close league with any of dukes of Castro....
Even a deeper contact with the current Duke of Parma feels somewhat unlikely.
All in all, my doubts could be totally without foundation, and king Simeon thusly were in close alliance with Charles-Hugues of the carlists. No doubt he will then soon publish some holdership of 'legitimidad proscrita' too
