The last is easiest: yes, there are male-line Habsburgs remaining from the Teschen line, but they are all descended from morganatic marriages and thus are not archdukes. There is one interesting question on this line which continues to affect two sisters: The last Duke of Teschen's marriage was considered morganatic by the Head of the House of Austria. However, his daughters call themselves Princesses of Hungary and claim they were permitted such titles (but by whom has not been made clear to me.) There may be another poster here with more details. From Otto's point of view they are merely Countesses von Habsburg (although both use their married names).
The Modena branch did not have any morganatic marriages and became extinct in the male line in the 19th Century.
There are morganatic marriages in the Tuscany line. And questions have arose there over who is the authority over what marriages are equal and what ones are not and what titles the affected people should have. The current accepted philosphy seems to be to defer to Archduke Otto who is the head of the Austria-proper line.
I hope this helps. My website about the descendants of Empress Maria Theresia gives some detail about the creation of titles for morganatic wives and children in individual cases. You access it through my home page.

: As far as I know, the Archhouse of Austria
: was composed of the following lines, some of
: which might now be extinct (I cannot
: remember):
:
: Austria proper
: Austria-Tuscany
: Austria-Modena (formally or informally a
: secundogeniture)
: Austria-Hungary (Palatine)
: Austria-Teschen
:
: To what extent Austria-Hungary (Palatine) is
: a separate line still, I do not know. It
: wasn't sovereign. I think Austria-Teschen is
: extinct in the archducal sense (it was never
: sovereign either) but Austria-Modena,
: Austria-Tuscany and Austria proper were
: sovereign lines.
:
: To what extent did the Modenese lines and
: Tuscan lines exert control over the titles
: of their agnatic descent born of marriages
: morganatic in terms of the Austrian proper
: line? For instance, were there ever or are
: there Habsburg-Lorraine princes and
: princesses of Tuscany who were not archdukes
: and archduchesses of Austria?
:
: The reason this is of interest to me is that
: a very good friend of a very good friend of
: mine is a member of one of these lines. He
: has children who are titled counts and
: countesses of Habsburg-Lorraine, he is an
: archduke but for some reason his wife, in
: recent articles, is being titled
: archduchess. I have been trying to determine
: if she is a princess at the very least, let
: alone an archduchess, because I don't think
: Crown Prince Otto has been elevating any
: countesses of Habsburg-Lorraine to
: archduchesses.
:
: Is Austria-Teschen extant genealogically
: even if the members of the line aren't
: archdukes and there is no Duke of Teschen?
